Trailside Stays is a brand-new spot with modern, little cabins open to rent year-round. The creators of these sites are local to the area and take pride in showcasing the natural beauty of its surroundings.
What?
At each site you will find:

A private, secluded cabin with either 1 or 2 high quality queen size beds

Kitchenette with stove top, mini-fridge and sink

When?
We opened in October of 2022 and have been creating memories for all of our guests ever since! Our weekends book up quickly so don't hesitate to book your stay today!

Where?
We are located in the small, picturesque town of Dorchester, NH. This historic New England town, dating back to 1772, offers a rural feel and strong sense of community. We are about 20 miles from routes 93 and 89.
Extended Stays?
We offer discounts for extended stays, 20% off for one week, 25% off for 2 weeks, and 35% off for one month. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
Pet Policy?
We have a strict no pet policy. We are committed to keeping the cabins very clean and allergen free to accommodate all of our guests.
Cancellation Policy?
If the cancelation is 5 days or prior to your stay you will receive a full refund. If the cancelation is less than 5 days prior to your stay, you forfeit the entire price of the stay.
